Credit - While President Obama's law for credit card reform is probably a welcome relief for many, why does it take nine months to go into effect instead of now?
Funny, when the banks and insurance companies needed a bailout with our money they got it right away, but when it comes to the consumer needing help from clearly abusive banking practices they have to wait nine months for it to take effect.
