With the Mets seemingly on the road to getting a new ball park in Queens, the Yankees could be ready to announce a deal for themselves in the Bronx. A new stadium has been talked about for

years, and it's been a major issue for political leaders and residents alike. With a mayoral election coming up later this year, it's one of many issues the Bronx has.

Well, here it is.... The New stadium plans were shared with the press and local organizations.

Will it be Guns or Buns?  (mas trabajos o no?) 

The whole idea behind the Yankees remianing in Bronx county is due to its rich heritage. (Mucho Tax Breaks) The drawback, is that the community doesn't directly benefit from the +3,000,000 annual ticket sales. Aside from the McDonald's on the corner and the local deli's... residents nor small businesses benefit from this crowd.  Okay, the Chase Manhattan Bank around the corner does get foot traffic...  but that's mainly due to its "SAFE ATM MACHINE"

The new Yankee Stadium will be enclosed. So all caps, franks and hamburger buns will be sold IN the premises. George, we just don't want the Cracker Jack sales jobs, we want the street foot traffic also.
