Los Angeles is home to the largest Latino community in the United States. Mucho Hollywood, but wth Mariachi's and Tequila.

Along the west bank of the Los Angeles River, is the known historic little pueblo known as Little Mexico, aside from tourism... it is bumper to bumper with celebrities with sun glasses and convertibles ( This is not Rodeo Drive) it continues to be one of the city’s main attractions.

Los Angeles has more than 9 million residents of which over 45 percent are of Hispanic origin. The Latino community is well established and influential; not to mention a Mexican decent Mayor. 

Latinos are increasing in count and have begun moving south and west. The affordable area is known as the Inland Empire and down to Riverside.

Unless you’re rich, affording an average house in L.A. is tough; prices have skyrocketed in the recnt years to about $387,000.
