Real estate experts blame overpriced homes for recent second half 2005 home sale decline. Finger pointing is being placed toward greedy sellers
sellers hoping to squeeze every dollar from potential buyers after a hot market. Guess what? it backfired.
It seems as though a correction is taking place this first month of 2006. Perhaps the run rate will continue thru the spring season.
