GED POWER MEETS CONGRESSIONAL POWER

Congressman Charles Rangel and I met for a few minutes to discuss the GED problems and there will be more to follow soon. Rangel was telling me how important the GED is for workforce development and for the future success of the higher education legislation in the Congress. I repeat that there will be more to follow soon. I want to thank the office of City Councilman Miguel Martinez for inviting me to the breakfast for the Dominican Parade in Manhattan. It was great to meet others so affected by the GED.
