2010 Latino families becoming homeowners
The Tomas Rivera Policy Institute estimates that if Latinos were offered more bilingual outreach, counseling and access to innovative mortgage products, another 700,000 Latino families could become homeowners, beyond the estimated 1.5 million Latino households nationwide that are expected buy homes by 2010.
